Meet the Founders
Infrapath India LLP was founded in 2026 by Shubham Kakdiya and Kapil Korat — two civil contractors from Gujarat who spent eight years building their own firms before combining their teams, equipment and experience under one company.
Shubham Kakdiya
Co-Founder & Designated Partner, Infrapath India LLP. Founder, Khodal Enterprise.
Shubham Kakdiya is a civil engineer from Surat, Gujarat. He founded Khodal Enterprise in 2018 with a single precast contract on a National Highway project. Over the next eight years, he grew it into a contracting firm working across highways, railways, bridges, pipelines and power infrastructure.
Khodal Enterprise moved into structural works on National Highways, then railway bridges and major bridges across Gujarat. From 2021 he began partnering with other firms on shared projects, and later expanded into electrical works in 2022 and solar EPC in 2023.

Kapil Korat
Co-Founder & Designated Partner, Infrapath India LLP. Founder, Wadiwala Construction.
Kapil Korat is the founder of Wadiwala Construction, a civil construction company based in Gujarat. He built the company through years of direct site work, managing labour, machinery and day-to-day execution on major infrastructure projects.
A significant part of Kapil's experience comes from Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFCC) projects — one of India's largest railway infrastructure programmes. Working across several DFCC packages gave him deep experience in large-scale railway construction and the discipline required to deliver at a national level.
